Employed in the Project Office to gather requirements for operational systems and to project manage them through their implementation.
 
Delivered an Intranet strategy to amalgamate group inclusive of the NEC, NEC Arena, NIA, ICC and Symphony Hall to secure coherent e-business/e-commerce strategy. Project managed development and implementation of phases one and two of intranet and developed application layer to enable access to standard applications and standardise browser interfaces.

Project-managed eStrategy project through to post-implementation review, set up group’s first virtual ticketing systems and mBusiness facilities to reduce ticketing and postage costs.

Implemented multiple system enhancements for staff rostering, budgeting and scheduling, time and attendance tracking and compliance with EC regulations.

Performed business analysis for replacement of HR system with integrated HR/payroll solution, set up BA/BPI function to address business restructuring exercise and performed a Workforce Management Systems review.
